Day 17 Buelna to Celorio +-21km’s

As we finished breakfast this morning the rain came down. Out came the ponchos for the first time on Camino Del Norte. That’s not bad for the 17th day. I hate walking in the rain and after two pairs of Salomon socks getting soaked I switched to my Seal Skinz socks. They help keep the water out to a point. I got so irritated with the rain that I stopped in Póo and let the ladies walk on. I visited a camping site and the owners wanted to give me their tent for the night. A random act of kindness, I thanked them and said no. I asked for WiFi and made a booking in Celorio for a private room and bathroom. It’s awesome to have my own space tonight but work needs to be done. I’m recording for the next episode of #WalkingForLife.

The route took us through Pendueles, Vidiago, San Roque del Acebal, Llanes, Póo and I ended in Celerio. Lots of rest required tonight.
