Day 13 Santa Cruz de Bezana to Requejada +-21km’s
We got up around 5ish as we thought a 27km day was upon us but that was not to be. I was delighted only doing 21km’s as I’m really tired at the moment.
There were thunder showers around and I was wondering if we could avoid them. My only concern was hail. The climate here is like Johannesburg in summer.
We walked from Santa Cruz de Bezana to Mompía and managed to see a beautiful sunrise. The walk through Boo was beautiful and as for the rest it was pretty much boring road. We checked in at the Albergue de Peregrinos Clara Camp. Sadly it’s not maintained properly.
